Pit Bull Owners Abandoning Them After UP Attack Case: Noida NGO

Several owners of pit bull dogs in Delhi-NCR have been "abandoning" their pet since the news of a woman being mauled by her canine in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow have surfaced.
