"Constructive' Diplomacy Needed" To Defuse Russia-Ukraine Tensions: India

Amid heightened Russia-Ukraine tensions, India on Thursday said "quiet and constructive diplomacy" is the need of the hour and it has been in touch with all concerned parties, India said at UN.
