Delhi Polls: Congress Names Candidate Against Arvind Kejriwal In 2nd List

The Congress on Monday released a list of seven more candidates for the Delhi Assembly polls, fielding Romesh Sabharwal from the New Delhi seat against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
